Sullivan County Soil Conservation District, is a non- profit organization committed to soil health, erosion control, and water quality improvement. Sullivan County SCD works with landowners by implementing the installation of conservation practices that will help to keep the area's water clean. These practices include: livestock grazing and watering systems, fencing livestock from streams, and others to control sediment from eroding areas and cropland fields.
